TERMS OF SERVICE

By downloading or using RoamCard, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the app. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.

RoamCard is an iOS application that uses AI to generate styled poster illustrations from your travel photos. The service includes:

• A free tier with up to 5 lifetime watermarked exports.
• Memory Pack (consumable purchase) adding 10 watermark-free exports per pack; unused pack credits do not expire.
• Roam Pro subscription (monthly or annual) with a per-period export allowance; unused subscription credits do not roll over.

We reserve the right to adjust these limits with reasonable notice if infrastructure costs require it.

All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. By making a purchase, you agree to Apple's payment terms. We do not handle payment card data.

Memory Pack is a consumable in-app purchase. Each pack adds 10 memory card generations. Unused pack credits do not expire while you have them. You may purchase additional packs when you run out. Consumable purchases are not restored via Restore Purchases; credits are stored on your RoamCard account.

Roam Pro is a recurring subscription (monthly or annual). It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Unused subscription credits do not roll over to the next billing period; your allowance resets when the subscription renews. You can manage or cancel your subscription in the iOS App Store under your Apple ID settings, or from within the RoamCard Settings screen.

Refunds are governed by Apple's refund policy. We cannot process refunds directly.

You agree not to:

• Automate or script requests to the RoamCard API to circumvent generation quotas.
• Submit photos depicting illegal content, non-consensual intimate imagery, or content that violates the rights of others.
• Use generated posters for commercial advertising without ensuring you hold rights to the original photo.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the Replicate API key or any other credential from the app.

You retain ownership of the original photos you submit. RoamCard grants you a personal, non-exclusive licence to use the AI-generated illustrations for personal, non-commercial purposes. The RoamCard app, design system, and brand assets remain our property.

Free-tier exports include a "ROAMCARD" watermark. You may not remove, obscure, or crop this watermark while on the free tier.

The service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI-generated illustrations will meet your expectations, or that the service will be uninterrupted. AI generation quality depends on third-party model providers and may vary.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RoamCard's liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which RoamCard is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration or a court of competent jurisdiction in that jurisdiction.
